Hi, I’m Lisa Kelly
YOUR GRIEF-TO-WORK COACH
I know what you're dealing with, and I want you to know, you're not alone.
I was there too…
Like you, I’ve walked through my own seasons of grief and witnessed the quiet weight of loss in the lives of colleagues and professionals I worked alongside. It wasn’t easy. Many times, it didn’t feel safe to talk about it at work. I know the exhaustion, the foggy focus, the unexpected tears. I’ve lived it.
In fact, while building Spacious Corner Coaching, I encountered another personal loss. But this time, I had the tools to coach myself through. What a difference it made. That experience deepened my mission: to help others move through their own workplace grief with steadiness, support, and grace.

Today, I work with professionals and employers navigating all kinds of loss -death, estrangement, career shifts, caregiving roles, and those less visible heartbreaks that still weigh heavily. Grief doesn’t always come with a clear label, but it always deserves room to breathe.
Through 1:1 coaching, weekly check-ins, and workplace presentations, I provide practical tools to help you regain focus, energy, and clarity. My PEARLS Method and Lisa’s Law of Traction are at the heart of my work - offering structure and compassion as you rebuild your footing. I also partner with businesses to support HR teams, managers, and staff, because grief in the workplace affects every level.
At Spacious Corner Coaching, I offer a quiet place for professionals to gather their strength and find their way forward—one step at a time. You’re not broken. You’re navigating. And you don’t have to do it alone.
A Few Personal Pearls:
I adore snow.
I adore the color pink. (I dream of the day pink snowflakes fall!)
My top CliftonStrengths? Learner, Futuristic, Developer, Empathy, and Individualization—which explains why helping people grow through grief feels like home.
