Become the Boss of Your Loss
You know that returning to work after a significant loss isn't just challenging - it can feel impossible. The exhaustion that hits before you even start your day. The mistakes that keep happening. The sick days that pile up. The overwhelming feeling that you're falling further behind.
You're not alone in this struggle.
Many professionals are trying to maintain their work performance while processing grief, and it's taking a toll on their careers, health, and wellbeing.
You wake up exhausted with no energy at the beginning of every day
You can't focus at work because grief keeps intruding on your thoughts
You're missing work and now have to double down to catch up
You find yourself triggered about your loss when you should be focusing on work
You don't have the time or energy to take care of yourself
You're afraid to ask for help at work

Here's What I Know For Sure
You don't need to wait until your grief is "over" to perform well at work.
Grief is not governed by a time clock, and work doesn't wait for us to recover. The good news? You can learn to work WHILE grieving, not just AFTER.

Between sessions, I’ll check in with a personal email, just to see how you’re holding up and offer support if needed.
